A waterless technology reinventing how textiles are recycled.

Renasens’ proprietary two-step process transforms blended textile waste into separate intact fibers, cost-efficiently, and without compromising quality.

Our waterless technology uses less energy than conventional solutions, cutting both climate impact and operating cost. Because we avoid depolymerization, the fiber integrity stays intact, delivering consistent, high-performance output that our customers recognize. Built on years of research the process is modular and now ready for large-scale commercialization.

Because circular textiles should be the easy choice.

STEP 1

Dye removal

We start by sourcing discarded textile waste. Your old, degraded or stained shirt that can no longer be worn - that’s our feedstock.

We first extract all the dyes and chemicals in the garment, giving it a clean new start.

STEP 2

Fiber separation

Once the garment has been purified, we separate and recover the fibers – keeping them whole, strong, and ready to be spun into new yarns and fabric.

DONE

Clean recycled fibers

For the first time, the fibers are kept intact while purified from all chemicals and additives. It enables recycled to compete with virgin in both cost and performance, unlocking the scale that the industry has been chasing for decades.

It's not just about the technology itself.
It's about how we scale it.

Scaling doesn't have to mean massive new facilities. There are already enough facilities out there, doing enough damage. We'd like them to do some good instead.

Our modular reactors plug directly into our partner sites, connecting with existing infrastructure to make circular production simple and scalable. With shared overhead and localized deployment, we minimize risk, cut cost, and amplify impact.

Which, if we are being honest, is why we are here. If you would like to learn how you could implement our systems and become a partner, don't hesitate to reach out and let's discuss next steps.
